Post Oak Boulevard @ San Felipe

The Courtyard on Post Oak Boulevard was developed by Interfin in 1994. The classic, Mediterranean-influenced architecture features stucco exteriors and clay tile roofs. A 100-year old oak tree enhances the site and is a landmark feature on one of Houston's most exclusive boulevards.  The Courtyard was sold to AmReit in 2004.

Three outstanding tenants occupy The Courtyard. A prominent wireless service provider is located at the corner and provides cellular services to individual clients and businesses. A Houston-based chain of extremely popular restaurants offers Mexican and Latin American cuisine in both indoor and outdoor seating areas. A bakery and cafe offers delicious desserts, sandwiches, wraps and salads for lunch and dinner.  The bakery specializes in decadent desserts created by the owner who was named Pastry Chef of the Year in 2001 and 2002.
