CHAIRMAN

Mr. Giorgio Borlenghi is Chairman of The Interfin Companies, LP. The Borlenghi family has been active in real estate development in Europe, South America, and California for over 60 years. Mr. Borlenghi earned a Master's Degree in structural engineering from the Polytechnic University of Milan and is a licensed structural engineer on the European continent. He speaks five languages. Prior to moving to Houston, Mr. Borlenghi was project manager for engineering and construction of two projects his family developed in Italy - Sporting Mirasole, a large multi-use development in Milan, and the IBM Computer Center in Rome.

Mr. Borlenghi has been extensively involved in professional and community organizations throughout his distinguished career. He is an honorary member of the Texas Society of Architects and is a former Advisory Board member for the Rice University School of Architecture. He was formerly a member of the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, Italy-America Chamber of Commerce, Buildings and Grounds Committee of the University of St. Thomas, as well as the Houston Economic Development Council. He has served on the Board of Directors of The Regis School for Boys, was on the Board of Directors for Strake Jesuit College Preparatory Foundation, was an Advisory Member of the Board of Directors of the Houston Endowment, and served on the Board of Directors of the University of St. Thomas. He formerly served on the Board of Trustees of Duchesne Academy for Girls, Houston's Wortham Theater, and the Museum of Fine Arts. He is a past Chairman of the Texas Heart Institute Associates, served as Co-Chair of the Houston International Festival Mayor's Gala for 1994, and was appointed Vice Chair of the Houston Chapter of the Christopher Columbus Quincentenary Jubilee Commission. From 1987, he served on the Board of Uptown Houston Association and was on the Board of the Harris County Improvement District #1. In 1999, he served as honorary chair of the Blueprint Ball for the University of Houston's School of Architecture; and he and his wife, Cathy, hosted The Childress Foundation's fall fundraiser. In the spring of 2000, he and his wife chaired the Mardi Gras Gala for the University of St. Thomas.

Mr. Borlenghi is currently a member of the World Presidents' Organization and an Associate Member of the MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors. Additionally, he is affiliated with the Chancellor's Council of The University of Texas System. Mr. Borlenghi was responsible for bringing to Houston a new sport franchise, the Houston Hotshots, as well. This professional indoor soccer team started play in June 1994 and had six successful seasons. The President of Italy, Mr. Francesco Cossiga, made Mr. Borlenghi a Knight of the Republic of Italy on June 2, 1991. This honor was bestowed for his efforts of promoting the cultural and business traditions of Italy in the United States. Mr. Borlenghi was also named Knight Grand Cross of the Order of Holy Sepulchre of Jerusalem. In 1994, Mr. Borlenghi with his wife Cathy, were named and honored as Cultural Leaders of the Year, and in 1998, he was awarded the Torchlight Liberty Award by the American Immigration Law Foundation. The University of St. Thomas honored the Mr. and Mrs. Borlenghi in 2004 at the annual Mardi Gras Gala, and they were honorees of the Italian Culture and Community Center's Annual Rekindle the Flame Gala in 2008.

PRESIDENT

As President of Interfin, Alex is responsible for the overall strategy and day-to-day operations of the Company. Alex directly oversees the asset-level and property-level management of Interfin’s hospitality portfolio, Granduca Hotels. Alex works closely with the design teams of every new project to ensure Interfin delivers the appropriate product per the submarket and asset class. He leads Capital Markets efforts to secure debt and equity for new construction and acquisitions.

Prior to taking over as President, Alex worked on Interfin’s Belfiore Condominium and Hotel Granduca Austin developments. Alex was responsible for the selection, logistics, and installation of all the Furniture, Fixtures, & Equipment in both projects. He worked directly with Interfin’s construction management team to oversee the General Contractor and contribute to all facets of project management.

Alex graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication. Alex joined Interfin in 2013 as Vice President. As a dedicated professional with a passionate belief in the Interfin brand; Alex has unique insights, energy, and leadership acumen which are integral to the company. Alex is well poised to continue Interfin's legacy: "The tradition of luxury - beyond your expectations" while delivering unparalleled and exclusive assets throughout the country.

In 2017, Alex received his Hotel Real Estate Investments and Asset Management Certificate from Cornell University. He is a member of National Multifamily Housing Council and sits on the board of Catholic Charities.

LARRY BUNDY

REGIONAL VICE PRESIDENT

As Regional Vice President of Interfin, Larry Bundy is responsible for overseeing all facets of operations for Granduca Hotels and ensuring that the expectations of ownership and guests are not only met, but exceeded. His mission ranges from ensuring high Guest Satisfaction, operational efficiency, Sales, Compliance, budgeting and forecasting, to providing mentorship, monitoring trends in the region and creating the right culture in the Company.

Prior to joining Interfin in 2017, Larry spearheaded the opening of several full-service hotels throughout the US, including brands in the East, Mid-west, Southwest regions and Texas. Larry's award-winning career with full- service hotels included such brands as Marriott, Renaissance, and Hyatt.

As an experienced and dedicated hotelier, Larry has been instrumental in creating the right culture in the workplace, while ensuring a “balanced score card”. As a leader and mentor, Larry's drive and passion for success continues to be evident at Granduca Hotels.

With an impressive track record spanning over three decades in the hospitality industry, Larry received many accolades, including two “Full-Service Hotel Opening of the Year” awards by Renaissance and Marriott, “Hotel of the Year” “General Manager of the Year” and “Sales Leader for Marriott's South West Region”.

KEVIN HOLLIS

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Mr. Hollis holds a Masters of Public Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University. Prior to joining Interfin in 2016, Mr. Hollis spent nine years as a Controller with Hines. His experience has included the development and operation of several types of real estate including office, industrial, retail, condominiums, and residential land. Prior to his years at Hines, Mr. Hollis spent over eight years in public accounting most recently as a Manager at Grant Thornton. Mr. Hollis is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Texas Society of CPAs.

Ms. Sarah Foster is a graduate of Syracuse University, earning Bachelor of Architecture and Bachelor of Science degrees. Ms. Foster joined Interfin in 1984 after working in several architecture and design firms in Houston. Ms. Foster has participated in and directed the architectural design services for the wide variety of projects in Interfin's portfolio, from high-rise office and residential towers to retail and hospitality developments. Ms. Foster is a Registered Architect in the State of Texas as well as a Texas registered Interior Designer. Ms. Foster is a member of the American Institute of Architects and the Texas Society of Architects.

Lindsay joined Interfin in 2017. Prior to joining Interfin, Lindsay spent seven years in the Oil and Gas industry and two years at Ernst & Young. Lindsay is a graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a Master of Science degree in Finance and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting. Lindsay is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of Texas.

Ms. Jane Whatley is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University, with a Bachelor's of Science degree. Ms. Whatley joined Interfin in 2000 as Mr. Borlenghi's assistant. Ms. Whatley is responsible for assisting Mr. Borlenghi in his day-to-day activities related to his various companies, as well as his personal and family activities. Ms. Whatley has been involved in the following Interfin projects: Montebello, Belfiore, Hotel Granduca Houston and Austin and Vintage Park. She is an active member in the World President's Organization of Executive Assistants.

Ms. Angela Weatherly is a graduate of Agraria La Molina University in Lima, Peru, with a Bachelor's of Engineering degree. Ms. Weatherly joined Interfin in 2012 as a Project Coordinator for Visconti Properties. Previous positions held by Ms. Weatherly include Purchasing Manager for Trojan Systems, Inc., and Administrative Assistant for Harwil Corporation.

Ben has spent over 19 years working in the hospitality industry. He has worked for various full service hotel franchises including Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt and other independent boutique hotels. Ben's experience also includes corporate level oversight of the financial performance of over 40 hotels. His accounting and auditing expertise has been requested by financially distressed hotels across the U.S. Beyond directing financial operations, his work has been instrumental in hotel developments, openings, sales & acquisitions.
