The Courtyard on Post Oak Boulevard was developed by Interfin in 1994. The classic, Mediterranean-influenced architecture features stucco exteriors and clay tile roofs. A 100-year old oak tree enhances the site and is a landmark feature on one of Houston's most exclusive boulevards. The Courtyard was sold in 2004.
