Ms. Suman is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from the University of Houston. Prior to joining Interfin in 1985, Ms. Suman owned Suman Financial Services, Inc. which provided contract accounting and consulting services for Texas, Arizona, Florida and Virginia-based real estate, manufacturing and retail companies. Ms. Suman had also served as Manager of Budgeting and Financial Planning for U-Totem, Inc.; Senior Accountant/Assistant to the Controller for Fairmont Foods Company; and Senior Accountant for KPMG Peat Marwick.

Ms. Suman is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
