A native Houstonian, Mr. Stiles initiated his career in construction management working for Lexington Development (then a division of Trammell Crow) while attending the University of Houston. Prior to joining Interfin, he provided project management services for the city of College Station, Texas. There his responsibilities included the procurement of public and private funds to assist in utility, street and housing developments within the city, as well as negotiating construction contracts and providing project supervision.

Since 1981, Mr. Stiles has been responsible for providing construction management services for Interfin's major projects including Four-Leaf Towers, Four Oaks Place, Villa d'Este Condominium, Uptown Park, Montebello, Hotel Granduca, and Vintage Park.
