Mr. Daugherty is a Certified Public Accountant and has a Bachelor of Science in Business degree from Southwestern State University. Prior to joining Interfin in 1985, Mr. Daugherty held various financial positions in the oil and gas industry.

Mr. Daugherty is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Houston Chapter of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
